The product must be returned in the original packaging or in preapproved packaging within the 30-day period.

1-year Limited Warranty

Along with the guarantee, Heat Surge covers the heater unit under a one year limited warranty. Heat Surge guarantees they will repair or replace a malfunctioning unit or will issue a refund less shipping upon receipt of the unit. This warranty pertains to malfunctions which occur during normal use and normal operating conditions.
